Thanks for the hundreds of replies and screenshots. Super-helpful. Based on your feedback, here's a ranking on which brokers are creating sell-side imbalances and terrible customer service for you, our $GNS investors, and which are doing a great job maintain a fair market and taking care of you:

The worst four offenders are:

Schwab @CharlesSchwab - Taken away buy button for months, forces you to call a 1-800 number to buy. Easy to sell with sell button.

Fidelity @Fidelity - Taken away buy button for months, forces you to call a 1-800 number to buy. Easy to sell with sell button.

Vanguard @Vanguard_Group - Taken away buy button for months, forces you to call a 1-800 number to buy. Easy to sell with sell button.

Robinhood @RobinhoodApp - Only lets you buy if you have cleared funds. Doesn't require for any other stock. Easy to sell with a click.

We will be sending all four a demand letter today including your comments relevant to each. There is no legitimate reason to skew the market - and even if they think there is, there should be equal treatment to both buy and sell. Either buttons both sides, or call in both sides. This doesn't just affect their clients. It affects the entire fair trading of $GNS stock for ALL our investors.

We will post the demand letters online tomorrow, and give you a link to be able to send the letter so if you're a client of @CharlesSchwab, @Fidelity, @Vanguard_Group or @RobinhoodApp you can notify them action is being taken and for them to escalate this to their boss. We are also requesting a litigation hold on documents between these brokers and any third parties related to $GNS.

Between Genius and our investors we will kick up enough of a stink that they will be forced to play fair.

We remain receptive to any of the four brokers communicating here. The only response so far has been from @CharlesSchwab who messaged "Thank you for reaching out. We are happy to address any concerns you have with trades at 800-435-4000."

That would be funny if this wasn't so serious.

While our legitimate investors are waiting on a 1-800 number to place a legitimate buy order, broker-dealers are placing and cancelling thousands of trades per second designed to push our stock price down as per the data detailed in our lawsuit.

Special mention also to the brokers who are treating our stock and investors fairly, and giving them equal opportunity to buy and sell $GNS - Including WeBull @WebullGlobal, Interactive Brokers @IBKR, Public @public, ETrade @etrade, Trading212 @Trading212 and all the other brokers who have been mentioned by our investors.
