@EveOnline @HilmarVeigar This is essentially just the "frog in a pot" strategy. You'll implement it in some game you probably won't release or won't support very well, and then slowly start introducing it to Tranquility. You did it with selling SP, you're doing it with crypto.

@dirkmacgirk I think there are better avenues obviously, but Pearl Abyss doesn't want them or respect the system EVE has in place. Sometimes I wish the Alpha/Omega thing never happened and we could do the subscription only setup that worked for years.

The solution is simple. When you pick your school in character creation, just make that school give you a set of trained skills to allow one to dip one's toes in what they want (industry, combat, etc). No need to undermine the foundation of your game by doing this! #tweetfleet
