@schwackattack77 @NetMeds @pradeepdadha @anandjpathak Anything further on this?

[Sharjeel @SharjeelSayed]

@schwackattack77 @NetMeds @pradeepdadha @anandjpathak Any update on this? Awaiting a "secure" and accurate solution to my issue.

[Sharjeel @SharjeelSayed]

@schwackattack77 @NetMeds @pradeepdadha @anandjpathak I can't use the same mobile number. When I try to sign up for a new account and I put my phone number, it sends me OTP for my existing account. Can't you just delete my existing account, so I can create a new account or has that got to do with some "security" too?

[Sharjeel @SharjeelSayed]

@schwackattack77 @NetMeds @pradeepdadha @anandjpathak For a new account I was told that I would need a new mobile number. Is it worth getting a new mobile number just for @NetMeds. Isn't it easier just to use some other service? Also.every other service including banks allow email change. Are they unsafe?

[Sharjeel @SharjeelSayed]

They also said I can't use the same mobile number in the new account, as they also can't delete my account. So it basically means that I should get a new mobile number just for using @NetMeds or stop using @NetMeds altogether. The latter seems easy. Please advise

Requested for change of email id on my account. Your support said it isn't possible & asked me to abandon my account and create a new account with the new email id & a new mobile number.
