I contacted them on 12/2 asking them to cancel my order and refund my money because I went to Petco and got what I needed. I just couldn't go on 12/1. I heard back today that "woops, can't cancel the order, it was hipped" 4 days after I requested a refund.

WalmartPetRX is a joke. I needed an ointment for my pet last week so I paid extra for "Next Business Day" shipping on 12/1 and it got shipped on 12/6. I already got what I needed from Petco when I realized @Walmart wouldn't fulfil the order in time.
