Had the privilege of meeting Shri Anurag Singh Thakur Ji, someone I have always looked up to as a guide and mentor, Hon’ble Member of Parliament from Hamirpur and Chairperson of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Coal, Mines & Steel.

Our former National President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and former Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports and Information & Broadcasting, as well as Union Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs, his journey in public life, commitment to the organisation and connect with the youth have always been a source of inspiration and guidance for me.

Also glad to meet Shri Vishnu Vardhan Reddy Ji, BJP National All Cells Joint Coordinator, in New Delhi.

It was a warm and enriching interaction. Grateful for the opportunity to exchange thoughts and receive their valuable guidance.

यह मुलाकात बेहद आत्मीय, सार्थक और प्रेरणादायी रही। विभिन्न विषयों पर विचारों का आदान-प्रदान करने और दोनों वरिष्ठ नेताओं से बहुमूल्य मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिला। उनके स्नेह, प्रोत्साहन और मार्गदर्शन के लिए हृदय से आभारी हूँ।

The State Government has decided to prohibit Shri Syamkanu Mahanta and any organisation associated with him from holding any functions or festivals within the State of Assam. Further, the State Government will not provide any financial grant, advertisement, or sponsorship to any event with which he is associated, either directly or indirectly. The State Government will also request the Government of India not to extend any financial assistance or sponsorship to him in any manner.

Guwahati residents can now connect with the city police via WhatsApp.

On Saturday, following his official appointment, Guwahati’s new Police Commissioner, Partha Sarathi Mahanta, launched a dedicated helpline for the public. This new service allows residents to send queries and complaints directly to the police.

The WhatsApp number, 6026900651, will be active around the clock, providing a convenient platform for citizens to voice their grievances and seek assistance.
