Meet Sousan, a 63-year-old Earth Buddy with a powerful mission: Save Soil at #COP29. Traveling all the way from the Netherlands to Azerbaijan, Sousan wasn’t just there to listen – she was there to inspire.

Her tool? A beautifully simple idea: Handprints for Soil. Through art, Sousan invited people to ‘raise their hands’ for soil restoration, turning a symbolic gesture into a global movement.

At COP, Sousan went from a solo traveler to a catalyst for action. With boundless passion, she connected with thousands of children, parents, and world leaders, sparking conversations and creativity in equal measure.
