How feedback is provided can often determine how it is received. Instead of "This won't work because..." or "This will ruin...", try "Have you considered...?" or "I've found success in the past with..."

Create a positive tone for the conversation.

Having the certificate whatever it may be level 2 UEFA B. UEFAA or Pro. Does not mean you have arrived . The learning never stops and there simply is no substitute for experience ., Work at being that coach not just calling yourself it .
