@CadentGasLtd had this scrappy piece of paper stuffed through my door yesterday. The time for proposed work is blank, the contact number is crossed out and ‘Call Becky’ scrawled across the top. Don’t get me started on US spellings, a grocer’s apostrophe, etc.

Some justification for being 1hr 15 late into Euston this morning from Piccadilly. However leaving 10 minutes late tonight (1833 train) is no excuse for being 25 minutes late into Piccadilly. Happens every time. You don’t care. £30 taxi now
