What we did this holiday, opening our branches, is a key component of our transformation in line with our business model as captured in our vision statement. We had our strategy seminar a few weeks ago where we finalized our vision. It now reads as follows:
“to become the first tech- driven, hyper-integrated, post- platform based era, digital financial services hub that will use digital channels to offer boarderless, Ai powered, and secure banking products and services to our customers within and outside the country.”
Some of our chosen integration partners are Econet and Ecocash. There has been a lot of demand for EcoCash Agents to replenish their float in order to serve customers during the festive season. We do not have enough intelligent deposit taking infrastructure that the Agents could use. Our equipment orders are pending. Therefore, as an essential service, we had to open our doors to deliver this essential service to our key integration partners.
As we opened doors in Masvingo, both yesterday and today, there were queues for service. In this transition, we must be, with our people, what we will be with machines after full digitization. The first picture showed queues at opening in Masvingo on Christmas Day. The second related to queues at opening today. We have no peers in this. We are the first! We deliver services where needed and when needed using our platforms and using our people. We deliver unparalleled convenience all the time and on time.
@mohaukhumalo@Ontlathato@ReyaolebogaRose @AccordingToLee Some fathers don't even take time to visit their kids .They don't support , they don't even know where their kids stay and they don't care about who's taking care of them or if they're sick or hungry or going to school. They just go on with their lives that's pure evil to me.
