Look at the inconsistencies in the slow motion of the timestamp between 00.13.26 to 00.14.32.

1. The girl sitting on the top decker vanishes and cannot be traced in a split of a second.

2. The colours of the beddings change from white to black with white stripes (masai shukas) in seconds.

All this happens while the time stamp does not skip. The inconsistencies are glaring.

Why is there CCTV INSIDE the dorm? Where does the footage go? Who watches it? Isn’t this a severe child safeguarding breach? Isn’t the physical privacy + dignity of minors violated by installing those there?

Sakaja should be in jail not in office, 1) there’s no storm water drainage system (not even a roadmap has been developed), 2) I haven’t seen any active flood management or even preparation for it by the county of Nairobi. A working system would have already mapped out flood prone sections and closed them off.
