Reading books changed my life in so many ways. I used to see life as just black and white, but books opened my eyes to many grey areas that exist in life. Trying everyday to learn, unlearn and relearn.
Intelligent people don't struggle with love. They struggle with subtle manipulation, scamming, blackmailing, selfishness, using each other and all the garbage that happen in most relationships. 9/10 relationship aren't based on real love. Just people using each other.
Whatever you do, please don't stop reading. Read for joy. Read for education. Read for resistance. Read books. Read about experiences that differ from your own. Just. Keep. Reading.
Please, read books. Not just captions, or carousel posts, or what made it to the top of your feed. Read books. Long ones. Complex ones. You cannot build a mind with weight on the back of social media ephemerals. Intellectual depth demands patience.
