@ayushunleashed My chatgpt plus has weekly reset and is only sufficient for the main agent member coordinating and handling individual tasks; for sub agent, I use the API.
Hermes is not “ready-to-go” like ChatGPT.
Day 1: it knows nothing about you.
Day 7: it learns your style.
Day 15: it knows your workflow.
Day 30: better than your old assistant.
Be patient. Don’t quit on day 3.
Weak model = weak agent. Use Sonnet/GPT-4o-level minimum.
The Fable ban feels bigger than one company.
If advanced AI gets labeled a “national weapon,” public access may hit a ceiling.
Closed labs can be chained.
Open source can’t.
This is no longer a race between AI companies — it’s control vs. free knowledge.
1 person. 7 AI agents.
Each machine runs a different Hermes agent.
Each agent has a different role.
But you probably don’t need 7.
Simple rule:
Sub-agent = same brain, split tasks.
New profile = new skills, memory, personality.
How many agents are you running?
Stop pasting API keys into AI chats.
If you type sk-xxxxx,
it now lives in your chat logs.
Better:
Hermes Desktop → Settings → API Keys.
Keys stay out of the conversation.
Bonus:
set Memory Compression Threshold to 0.5.
Small changes.
Better security + memory.
If you use Claude only for chat,
you’re still at level 1.
Claude Cowork turns it into a local AI agent:
reads folders, organizes files, creates content,
connects tools, manages projects.
With Claude Code,
it can build real products.
Comment “cowork” and I’ll send the guide.
The most exhausting thing isn’t hard work—it’s remembering repetitive tasks: email, AI news, server checks, updates. I now run a 24/7 AI agent on my VPS: briefings, monitoring, version alerts, X follower tracking, notes. My memory is free again. What do you forget most?
90% of AI agent users mix up 3 files:
SOUL.md = identity, tone, hard limits.
AGENTS.md = workflow and repo rules.
MEMORY.md = user/project facts.
Don’t stuff everything into SOUL.md. Keep each file in its lane.
Is your SOUL.md turning into a backpack for everything?
@NousResearch Users from Vietnam are eagerly awaiting an integrated version of Zalo. My company is using OpenClaw because it had integration from the very beginning.
🤖 “I ask AI to build apps every night, but wake up to nothing.”
Cron via Telegram/Discord feels blind: did it run, on time, or where did it fail?
Hermes Desktop App lets you view, test, pause, schedule, and verify every cron job in one tab.
