The need for greater cooperation amongst Christians in the face of today’s challenges - peace, the proper use of new technologies and care for creation - stems from the Gospel of Jesus Christ itself. Our responsibility for the life and dignity of every human being, especially the youngest and most needy, is the criterion that will determine our present and eternal destiny (Mt 25:31–46). #ChristianUnity
We cannot consider #AI to be morally neutral. In reality, every technical tool embodies choices and priorities through what it measures, ignores, and optimizes, and how it classifies people and situations. Ethical discernment cannot be limited to asking whether we are using a system for good or bad purposes. It must also examine how that system is designed and what vision of the human person and society is embedded in the data and models that guide it. #MagnificaHumanitas
The Lord is a refuge for the poor (cf. Ps 14:6). In Christ, we are called to become poor and to be a refuge for the poor. The Christian community cannot remain indifferent to the many who stand at the door but remain invisible to those who are shut within their own walls. https://t.co/sbtiuOBod5
@femiogunleye9 Keep using quasi intellect to deceive gullible people and instigate strife.
You "came back from abroad" and refuse to go back after you seem to have tasted easy funds as govt appointee.
What laudable and sustainable achievement did you make as NERC chairman, propagandist
Today in the Church, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. For Christians, Jesus’ Heart symbolizes God’s merciful and infinite love for every human being. No matter where we come from, God’s love knows no borders, makes no distinctions, is given to all, and brings us together in unity. #ApostolicJourney
@DailyPostNGR Now obi has spoken about it, and his mind and intentions are getting clearer.
If what NK did are mere insults, why sue or threaten okonkwo over insults?

@DeeOneAyekooto This man speaks from all sides of his mouth. Deep view of this man shows a deceiver. He junkets from Egypt to Malaysia to Indonesia to Singapore to China, but he is yet to go round the Nigeria that he claims to possess the magic wand to rebuild
He needs one year to go round?
Nigeria is taking a bold step toward a healthier, more resilient future.
The groundbreaking Localization Project in Ogun State marks a major investment in local production — strengthening health security, creating jobs, and reducing reliance on imported medical products. Today, 80% of diagnostics used in Africa are still imported, underscoring the importance of expanding domestic manufacturing.
Local manufacturing is more than an economic opportunity — it is a public health imperative. As @DrPavelUrsu highlighted, expanding domestic production of diagnostics, medicines, and essential health technologies helps ensure faster access, stronger supply chains, and better preparedness for future health emergencies. The new facility is expected to create skilled jobs, contribute to economic growth, improve access to essential health tools, and support Nigeria’s target to eliminate HIV by 2030.
This initiative supports Nigeria’s Healthcare Value Chain agenda and contributes to Africa’s goal of increasing locally produced health commodities. It reflects what is possible when national leadership, innovation, and global partnerships come together. Across the region, @WHO is supporting local production initiatives to strengthen regulatory systems, expand manufacturing capacity, and improve access to quality assured health products.
WHO remains committed to supporting countries to build sustainable local production ecosystems — from technical guidance to regulatory strengthening and partner coordination.
On behalf of the @UN_Nigeria, @WHO commends the Federal Government of Nigeria @NigeriaGov, @PVAC_NG, and all partners whose leadership made this milestone possible.
