In October 2021, the @cityofsaintpaul Housing and Redevelopment Authority sold this former-HRA owned land to @NeDAHome, and in July 2022, the HRA board approved a loan of up to $1,500,000 in federal HOME funds to allow for the completion of pollution cleanup on the site.
