Natatawa ako sa realization ko about AโTIN. ๐
Weeks before SB19โs debut in Lollapalooza, grabe โyung engagements everywhere just to invite people to see them perform on the Allianz stage.
Napagkamalan na naman tayong bots sa sobrang aggressive ng promotion. HAHAHA! ๐คฃ
It didnโt help that almost every AโTIN on X got their accounts verified na akala mo talaga bots na nagpa-farm ng engagements when in reality, gusto lang natin ng wider reach. ๐
May mga na-annoy but it was effective kasi naalala nila ang SB19.
Some went to see them because they read all the comments everywhere. Some passed by and stayed because the vocals and energy were insane coupled with OAโTINโs energy on the ground. ๐
After the performance, they finally understood the hype. They saw all the faces of AโTIN they initially thought were bots. They saw the same passion and energy - they saw online - in real life!
Most importantly, they were proven by SB19 themselves that the attention they gave them was all worth it, the hype was justified, and they finally understood why a whole nation rallied behind the first-ever homegrown Filipino and Southeast Asian act to have ever graced the Lollapalooza stage. ๐ต๐ญ๐

"With their Lollapalooza debut now in the books, SB19 have delivered more than a historic first."
Bangis ng shot na 'to - yung lipad perfectly captured, the flags waving and the corn hub. They came to Lolla to slay and they did with flying colors.

The sun may light the venue, but it doesnโt define the experience. With the right angles and perception, it can still add a layer to the performance.
Thatโs the difference between illumination and lighting design.
Lollapalooza, itself, must have heard all that talk about SB19's crowd size so it made sure to include the boys' crowd view from the stage! ๐

Imagine spending on gas and going to a mall at ass o'clock in the morning for a watch party when you can literally watch at home for free sa WeVerse? This is love, y'all. This is love and dedication.

I was actually there! They can debate screenshots, camera angles, outfits, or even stage production all day, but what I saw was people stopping, staying, dancing, cheering, and genuinely vibing with SB19.
Some came as fans, others discovered them right there.
The heat was so intense pati phone ko nagoverheat, so I only managed to capture bits and pieces of their set before giving up and just enjoying the show. Kaya siguro mas naalala ko yung energy more than the videos. Festival crowds are constantly moving. But the energy? You couldn't fake it! At the end of the day, the best measure of a performance is the impact it leaves! The people who walked away saying SB19 was great!
SB19 did exactly what they came to do! ๐ค๐ฅ๐
Actually, I was one of those who went ๐ค sa setlist nila. Wakas I get, but I was expecting Time and I Want You talaga. Ang lakas ng hatak ng IWY and we all know it's a crowd favorite. But when I reviewed the setlist again and realized 90% of the songs they performed are Tagalog songs, I thought hmm, SB19 is on to something. They're trying to tell us something. Hindi basta basta gagawa ng setlist yang mga yan eh. Ang dami nilang english songs na hindi pinerform. So maybe they really wanna showcase Tagalog songs to promote and show Ppop. Ika nga ni Pablo, music is universal. Kahit ibang lahi ang nakikinig kahit hindi naiintindihan ang lyrics, mararamdaman nila yung emotions and talent ng artists. And this video is a prime example. ๐
Huge congratulations to SB19!Being recognized as one of the standout performers at Lollapalooza 2026 and ranking 2nd overall is such a well-deserved honor. From their pitch-perfect live vocals and sharp, synchronized choreography to making history as the first P-pop group ever to perform at this legendary festival, you continue to raise the bar and bring immense pride to every Filipino. Thank you for showing the world what world-class talent from the Philippines looks like! We are so, so proud of you! The Goat of P-pop ๐ต๐ญ๐ฅ๐ @SB19Official #SB19
