The mural in Leeuwarden was created as part of the Museum Murals project, an initiative of Mauritshuis, in collaboration with Fries Museum and with the support of Writer's Block - street art organisation

Biscari, formerly home to a lace school, as well as the collection at the local museum, I came across a distinctive ornament called “riccioli e rose.” A beautiful doily featuring this motif served as the inspiration for my mural.
