So I fucked up my health really badly so now I go for more strict diet
- No gluten unless impossible to avoid
- Vegan (eggs once in a while allowed)
- 1000 kcal limit
- no frying
- no heavy meals
- clean eating (as much as possible)
- taking my vitamins and iron DAILY
Iโm freaking out, like I am happy that Iโm losing weight but it feels hella weird??? I have been fat for so long it actually makes me not recognize myself in the mirror, I see every kg I lose on my face??? Which is probably just my delusions????
Breakfast two avocado toasts, itโs a peak healthy food for me tbh 467 kcal (I feel like itโs underestimated) but I have looong work day so I need to eat breakfast
