@TheAtlantic Oh FFS. Of course it was unique and glamorous. Because it was so unaffordably too expensive for 95% of travelers. Adjusted for inflation a coach ticket in 1972 is the cost equivalent of a first class ticket today. Want to relive the glamour…buy first class.
