I feel like it has kind of flown under the radar that Nate Silver has convinced himself that virologists are all engaged in a global conspiracy to cover up the origins of COVID because of........something. Genuinely sad to watch.
This is exactly why Democrats passed legislation to fund the IRS. So they could find these rich tax cheats, surrounded by money & lawyers gaming the system, and make them pay their bills, and exactly why the first thing the new Republican House did was to repeal that funding.
This video really does need to get around. It is pretty remarkable and probably the best, most succinct statement about why RFK, Jr’s candidacy needs to be totally rejected. The only thing he doesn’t mention, which I think is important to remind folks of, is that RFK, Jr was talked into this by Steve Bannon.
Nothing grinds my nerves more than science folks falling for the non-GMO nonsense.
Besides the unnecessary fear mongering, marketing products that don’t have any GMO alternatives (such as coffee, flour) as ‘non-GMO’ is particularly gimmicky & ridiculous.
