@rdassaly The best line in the article:
"Forty-five metres in height and rufescent in hue, the Mindbender's triple-loop design towers menacingly along the park's posterior wall, its track twisting through the air like Satan's fiery tail." Very poetic!
@CBCOntarioToday Ironic that the Emergency Alert over radio and mobile networks preempted the end of the show that was asking the question: "How will we get important out if Twitter disappears"
@CBCHereandNow Limahl's theme for "The Neverending Story" is the book-referencing ear worm in line with the current 80s throwback trend. Gil's Jukebox needs it tgis week for sure. https://t.co/qKrTR6mRAD
@alexkinsella Isn't it neat to learn all shortcuts about how you create great art within the limitations of the technology? Or how to have great logos that look good as monochrome or multicolour versions?
@andreabellemare And to think, there used to be a time where people did leave the house without a cellphone. Or didn't even have a phone at home! Maybe we'll go back to those simpler times?
@andreabellemare We still have one...on the Rogers network. 😞
This has been a lesson in not bundling services. Luckily, while my wife's cell phone, our land line, and our internet were all with Rogers, my cell phone is with another carrier which hasn't failed me yet in 10 years (knock on wood!)
@SharkeyCBC Hmm...darn ethics and integrity. Outside of filing a story, let's hope for the outcome of "If your relationship can survive the process of getting married, you are set for life!"
