It was @iceycat25, then @Byron. @blue622 passes, but now another streamer’s life gone, @_ohlana. Suicide is not the answer. Please talk to someone to get some help. Whether it be a friend or a professional, talk to someone / anyone for help. #GoneTooSoon
@scump I didn’t get into watching competitive esports until a couple of years ago. What’s undeniable is your talent and skill level. An incredible impact. Wish you all the best in your next ventures.
When I'm playing with @JayToonzie and it's 2v4 in r6, my first thought now is "I like our chances." That situation has come up many times in the years I've played with him. You just adjust, execute, and get hype when you hurt the other team's feelings. :)
Whatever the competition is, I enjoy having the “game on the line” as long as it’s in my hands. The thrill of victory, the agony of defeat. So incredible, yet so brutal.
I genuinely don’t care what people think. That’s how I operate as long as I’m not hurting anyone. Being given an opportunity to work with some of the new generation business owners and being respected, not going to lie, that feels good. To be considered “an all-star”, I’m humbled
@theWellRedMage Right now, I’m thinking of the loss that happened in our r6 match because the guy celebrated too early.
In general, I think of the progression of gaming from when I was a kid to now. It’s been a beautiful journey.
It will get to the point where engaging your audience will be not scalable. However, you do your best to engage. Doesn’t matter how small your starting out. Your goal is to create a community and that should be your focus.
Nothing says rude awakening like @TampaElectric cutting off your power when you paid your bill on time, confirmation number in hand. Waited 15 mins to talk to a rep, and they profusely apologized. Definitely pissed off, but I commend the rep on the phone for doing his job well.
@theWellRedMage Not really, but two moments, I just thought of. One was when I went out with a girl I had a crush on and brought her to the arcade. She was blown away with my skills. My girlfriend now, she’s competitive af, so she’s always going after me in games.
I made an impulse buy at @target. I bought @ActuallyNPH’s Box One Game. I was fascinated by the premise of a “Game for one, created by one.” Took me two hours to complete. I had a great experience, it was truly fascinating. Highly recommend.
I can think of lots of great feelings and emotions one can feel. For me, one of the greatest feelings is seeing someone succeed, because they used advice I’ve given them AND acted upon it. That makes me feel good.
@Farah_Galfond Dang, that’s a shame. Guy was judging your husband’s resume based on his WSOP results. In all reality, your husband is considered one of the most respected minds and players in the poker community.
