@iamgilroy Your work is amazing but not at the cost of family and mental health. If the balance comes then stay, if it doesn’t then you will truly know it’s time to go. You’ve already created a legacy as part of the ash fam and that will never change

@iamgilroy Take a break, say 2-4 weeks. Step back completely for half, spend half thinking what you liked doing, what you don’t, and what you want to do going forward. Then come back and focus on 1 thing to start, the thing you want the most. Then slowly add others 1 by 1 to find balance…
