While Europe is proud of how quickly it managed to shoot down a dozen russian drones over Polish territory, my people, Ukraine, face hundreds of such russian attack drones and dozens of missiles every day. But this no longer receives such widespread publicity, because the death of Ukrainians has become the norm for this world.
In the video, it's the Zhytomyr region. People who survived the night russian attack lost all their property. A woman is crying in the background, but Ukrainian tears have long turned into silence for the civilized world.
Right now an 81 year old American veteran is driving one of these he bought to Ukraine. He will take it to Kherson. Actions speak louder than words. Ukraine needs support
It's been a year since my ride in Ukraine. Riding with Ukrainian youth triathalon champion around Kyiv, Bucha, Irpin and Hostomel. Tough ride with this tough young man. @thefeedme#welcometothefeed
Kyiv this morning. There were no military targets. Just people sleeping in their homes. This is what russia is. Anyone that thinks Putin wants peace is detached from reality.
Then it was time for a pair of brand new Pirelli Phantom tires- the business back in the day with a whopping 130/80-18 incher on the rear.

I don’t know how to wrap up the day and fall asleep. So many people died today. Again.
A humanitarian aid line was attacked and five people killed. They needed that aid because of Russia’s war, and Russia killed them for trying to get it.
A maternity hospital was hit. A pregnant woman was killed. She was on the phone with her husband, telling him she was heading to the shelter when he heard the blast. He jumped in the car and drove to the hospital. He saw her slippers on the street...
It’s so awful. So tragic. So unnecessary. It changes nothing in any military sense. It’s just killing for the sake of killing.
And I don’t know how to process it, even after all these years. I just don't know...
'Maria didn't hear the air raid siren. She was fast asleep in her eighth-floor apartment in a Kharkiv high-rise. But the sound of a "Shahed" drone woke her up.
"I realized it was going to hit either my building or the one next door. Instinctively, I curled up into a fetal position, covered myself with a blanket, and shielded my face with my hands," Maria recalls.
Moments later, the Shahed struck the technical floor of her building. The concrete ceiling, the slab between the 8th and 9th floors, collapsed onto Maria, splitting into two pieces. Maria could only move her right hand. The slabs pressed her body into the mattress, covering her up to her chin. Rescuers would later say that mattress saved her life.
"I managed to slightly move my head on the pillow to create more space to breathe. It was incredibly hard to breathe because of the dust, smoke, and the stench of fire, as the apartment above me was burning. Flaming debris rained down on me through the hole where the ceiling had been. My apartment was also on fire. A fake Christmas tree on the balcony caught fire, and all the soot came down on me, the flames scorched my back.
Rescuers began to put out the fire, and water poured down on me. The explosion had damaged the water pipes, and water was gushing from there too. So, simultaneously, there was fire, water, smoke, and the slab pressing down on me. Above me, my neighbors were screaming for help, and they burned alive. I didn't lose consciousness; I understood what was happening and thought it would have been better to die instantly from the 'Shahed' strike than to burn," Maria recounts.
On June 7, 2025, rescuers pulled Maria out. It took them three hours. While they were working to remove the slab, they gave Maria a towel to breathe through. It was dusty, covered in small pieces of construction debris, and wet. Yet, she squeezed drops of water from it into her mouth because she was so thirsty. She says if she had heard the siren, she definitely would have run to a shelter. But at four in the morning, sleep is treacherously deep.'

A russian drone attacked the city of Chernivtsi. It was intercepted — but not before triggering life-threatening danger for the most vulnerable. At the children's hospice, medical staff were filmed evacuating seriously ill children to the shelter 💔
