Picked up a decent size lot of 35mm slides at a vintage store in Ohio. I about fell over when I saw these. Little pieces of history tucked into family roadtrips, portraits, and 1960s fashion.

@Mrgunsngear All no knock warrants should be illegal, hard enough to tell friend from foe when people do announce themselves, procedures should be developed that promote natural pauses in the action, provide time for cooler heads to prevail, deescalate prior to any entry.

This. I heard this so much coming up, that when I finally met my now MIL I had expected to be shamed over my ink. To my surprise she was nothing but positive about them, and not a word about them showing in the wedding dress either.

@threulsen2961 It’s not just one guy online lol this is widespread. My mother cried when I got a tattoo on my back because she thought a man who has yet to exist would one day think it looked ugly on my wedding day. Like my value is solely what men think of me. Exhausting.
