Great week of soccer at the @DallasGirlsCup this week! Got to meet @moeebrian. Played against some great opposition from Denmark @FortunaHjorring and got to talk a lot with my new college coach @kbaugh22 . Even got a visit from my old FC Storm coach! I love this game!!

Yesterday we dedicated our game in loving memory of Brooklyn “Mighty” Moran. We prayed for her family, the Dallas Texans community, and all those affected by her loss. Brooklyn lost her life to a drunk driver, but her legacy lives on in our soccer community.

Last weekend's banquet was the last time we would be together as a team. I've played with most of these ladies for 7 years. Together we've experienced wins, losses, ups, downs, laughs and tears and I wouldn't change any of it. I will forever cherish the memories.
