U12s had a tough game against a very good valleys team. Our u14s played the best we’ve seen them play. Our u16s lost by just two goals to Celtic’s but beat wizards 11-3!

Our u16s have been working hard in training this week. We’ve been working on improving our speed, agility and changing direction using plyometrics to improve this. Well done girls!
