On this very important day, we at Neath Walking Rugby remember one of the main reasons we formed - to help people with Mental health and wellbeing... we'd like to thank every single person who has supported us, backed us and played for and against us. We all stand together 💚

World Mental Health Day 2024 - 10th October 💚

In rugby, we tackle hard on the field—but off the field, we know some of the toughest battles are the ones we don’t always see.

Today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, we at Neath RFC stand together to #TackleTheStigma around mental health. Whether you’re a player, coach, or supporter, it’s important to remember that your mental well-being is just as vital as your physical strength.

Talking about mental health takes courage, but like in rugby, we never face challenges alone. Let’s support each other—check in with a teammate, reach out for help if you need it, and know that your mental health matters.

It’s okay not to be okay, and together, we can create a community that supports one another both on and off the field.

And remember, at Neath RFC, we welcome everyone to our clubhouse—whether you’re here to play, support, or just need a friendly face.. you’re always part of the team 🖤🏉
