They're looking for candidates' ability to use AI tools, think critically about AI challenges, and apply AI ethically in real workflows.

Meanwhile, most colleges and universities are still debating whether students should be allowed to use AI at all. Every student walking across a graduation stage this spring is entering a job market that runs on AI, whether they've been trained on it or not.
