Update for anyone who missed it. On 25 June the agency dropped the prosecution threat and sent a warning letter.

In August a study funded by Thames Water @thameswater and run with @Thames21 found 600 million litres of sewage contaminated water entering the lower Roding every year.

Israel's Central Elections Committee has banned all majority Arab parties from next month's elections. The panel is made up of politicians representing factions in Israel's parliament, the Knesset.

It voted to disqualify the Joint List slate and the Ra'am party under a law which prohibits parties from expressing support for armed struggle.

The decision must be approved by the Supreme Court, which is expected to strike down the bans next week.

For once, I agree with Donald Trump the Chagos Islands deal is a “terrible deal”

It will cost the British tax payer billions of pounds, it will further weaken the defence budget & the trans Atlantic security alliance.

It fails to give the Chagoan people or Parliament a final say in the hand over of sovereignty to Mauritius

It will also put at serious risk one of the most important areas of the marine environment in the world
