@ZainKSA تواصلت معكم أ��ثر من مرة وبالخاص، ولا يوجد أي حل جذري. السرعات عندي لا تتجاوز 46/3 Mbps رغم أن الباقة المعلنة 300/60 Mbps. الخدمة غير مستقرة، وسيتم رفع شكوى رسمية لهيئة الاتصالات.

@ZainKSA أدفع 299 ريال لباقـة زين المنزلية بلس 5G والمفروض 300/60 Mbps.
النتيجة بعد يومين قياسات: تحميل 6–46 Mbps ⬇️، رفع 0.09–3.3 Mbps ⬆️ 🤦‍♀️
هذا غش واضح وخدمة غير مستقرة تفصل باستمرار. وين المصداقية يا #زين ؟!
