@southwalesargus The limit was 30pmh, some people would drive in excess of 40mph! By bring it down to 20, maybe people will actually drive at 30, which was the original speed!

@southwalesargus Very little, the 20mph around Tredegar Park Ward are areas where I’d struggle to get over 20, even when it was 30, due to traffic and other traffic calming factors. People don’t like change though, not when they feel it’s been forced on them.
