I am a mum with her children removed from my care because their dad lied to the court. I have been fighting for 3 years to get to see my loving kids.

@woodallthoughts I know you did your best. It's a shame that the people in charge of the case were not trained in this and didn't want to see or act in the way that was appropriate for the children

@woodallthoughts With each of us. 4 years of not seeing my children has been so hard. I see them every other day now. I love them so much but the bond has been severed. My daughter also wanted to be adopted

@woodallthoughts I have been to another NHS psychologist who could not see the same diagnosis. After 6 fighting in court, lots of therapy because of what the local authority have said, done and behaved and me and the step mum have moved mountains and now the children are almost spending equal

@RichardADixon Sending you the extra strength to keep going... They do this to make us give up on seeing our kids...I hope you see them soon

@brokenpetals4 I only know too well how this feels. I've spent days under the duvet with Netflix on just recovering from the trauma of social workers and family courts and my ex and his new wife and what they have done to me. They have turned my oldest daughter against me too

Same with mine. For 3 years in court they told Cafcass they were afraid of their father. Courts decided to 'cure' them by making them live with him and cut them off from any past relationships. It didn't work because they weren't lying

@SteveyTxxx @FNF_Media Omg that is so wrong. My order was broken last December a C79 applied for in February and 1st hearing in April, adjourned to June, no order made but contact to resume, next hearing August nothing happened, next hearing Dec 23rd social worker didn't even turn up.haven't seen kids

@pleassavemykids @FNF_Media It's crazy isn't it....gives the wrong doers more empowerment and then they don't care what they do because their is no action to their consequences only destroying the children's bond with us, the other parent and damaging the children's emotions

@FNF_Media Exactly...it's unacceptable especially when you have failing local authorities which are summoned to court also for them not to turn up and the case to be adjourned for another month....been waiting 13 months to see my children after an arrangements order was broken by the father

@pleassavemykids Omgosh your story is very similar to mine. I have been split up from my ex for 5 years now and have been going through courts for that length if time too. This will be the 3rd Xmas without my kids. My boys miss me so much but my daughter has been brainwashed 😵😣😭

@woodallthoughts So many years lost and so many people comment on waiting until they are 18 and they will come back. This is really bad to hear because of all that special time lost. I need to be reunified with my daughter who is 15 and wants to be adopted by her step mum. So sad

@woodallthoughts @woodall_nick I just want it sorting out now...we were nearly coming to end a few years ago when you and Nick were involved then local authorities took back over with your plan but couldn't deliver and now it's worse than ever!

@FontaineReuben @woodallthoughts It's been in a 5 yr court battle and services are against me because of the false allegations..there is no evidence so I don't know how they can rule the way they did.
