@MSharifpourMD@MosabHasanYOSEF Come on bro, let’s be real. Would you be supportive of someone who spent the worst 47 years of history in a utopia coming back to lead? Insanity, it has to be someone who lived through the recent hardships.
@NightShiftMD Wrong question boss. First question is, does it actually work? In my corner of medicine, AI technologies have been thoroughly unimpressive for improving patient outcomes despite the hype.
Cheapest hire possible and also probably the best. I’m hoping he is a lot more clever with asset management than Masai. Unlike Masai, I don’t think he’s the type to fall in love with guys and hold them for too long… which has burned us 5+ times in the last few years.
Just in: The Toronto Raptors are appointing general manager Bobby Webster as the team’s head of basketball operations and the sides have reached a new contract, sources tell ESPN. Webster joined the Raptors in 2013 as Masai Ujiri’s first hire and now lands the top executive role.
@Swarlayzers Does he deserve to be a top 3 paid exec in the league? We all know that's the ballpark he was asking for because thats where he was at his last deal. Last 3-5 years he's been easily a bottom 10 exec.
@ThatPersianGuy You're probably right to an extent but Masai was one of the highest paid execs in the league and clearly did not deserve that based on the last 5 years, so I'm not surprised that he was not renewed which led to this.
Hopefully we find someone who knows how to rebuild properly.
@ThatPersianGuy Last 3 seasons have been totally unwatchable and miserable - if not for 2019, any other exec would've been fired 2 seasons ago. He declared last year as year 1 of a rebuild coming off 2 losing seasons, then pivoted to win-now after 50 games. He definitely got enough leash imo.
@ThatPersianGuy Serious question, do you really believe our front office has made any good decisions in the last 3 years? Every move/non-move has been bad except for a few small ones. FVV, OG, Siakam were all mismanaged as assets. He went all in on Barnes who clearly is not that guy. Idk g
@OrenWeisfeld@guardian 2/2 antithetical to what the league wants - to distribute the best draft talent to the teams with the least talent. There are ways to make it better than it is now, but tanking will always exist because it is a smart strategy, end of story. Appealing to morality is very naive.
@OrenWeisfeld@guardian 1/2 You've written a lot about this. Respectfully, I think you've been off-base a lot. You cannot come up with a penalty structure that will work. Raptors FO is really bad at tanking; smarter and bolder FOs will always find a way. You need to incentivize winning, which is...
@picardonhealth@DrSheilaW@Globe_Health Bit of clickbait here, HPV test is better in effectively every single way and pap tests are no longer being offered at all. The actual article has good information otherwise.
@joey_doubleyou There is no vision lol I think they've shown that. This is the 2nd time in 3 years we have traded a good FRP while being a bad team. Indy pick could easily be late lotto.
@ThatPersianGuy It only makes sense if they think they can get a FRP for RJ this summer. There is no path to re-signing Ingram without dumping salary. Trading 1 for 1 for RJ and keeping the pick would've made more sense than this.
@AshleyGWinter Fortunately we have vaginal estrogen and neurokinin inhibitors now in Gynecology. Most of these patients tend to not want any hormones at all, honestly. They don't even want vaginal estrogen usually.
@_GatheringIntel @_prezidente Thank you for posting this! Is there anyway to get it in an excel spreadsheet? It's really hard to isolate the relevant prospects in this massive table as a PDF😂
This was extremely helpful last year for me though. Thank you for posting!!
