It took them 2 days to get home

@CelcomDigi have to wait in line for 30 mins just to TAKE NUMBER because you guys don’t have a proper ticketing system. Enquiry and the person issuing the number is the same person???? I just want to collect my phone and go. Pls improve your process!!

@SingaporeAir THE WHOLE DAY at the advise of yr colleague! So u made us wait 2 whole days just for 1 small luggage to be delivered the rest u guys said 2 days ago they were alrdy in Singapore bt tdy they said it’s still in Switzerland. Whr r they exactly and hw long do we have to wait at home?

@SingaporeAir Yes we have and we were given conflicting updates the few times we got a call! Your colleagues told us to be home as they have located our luggage yesterday morning and to be on standby as it will be delivered but nothing came!! Today only one of them arrived after waiting 1/2
