One thing I noticed in Indian Railways these days.

Whenever I travel alone, or see a woman travelling alone, female police personnel come to the compartment and ask if everything is safe.

They even check again once or twice during the journey.

Small step, but it gives solo women passengers a sense of safety. Good to see this kind of presence in railways.

Director Shireesh Kedare said today that he didn’t want to drag the students’ protests any further because it could affect their studies, so he decided to step down from his position tomorrow, Sept 21.😓

Today, I literally lost all hope in India. The so-called Gen Z forced a professor and director to resign for doing their jobs honestly.💔
