What a scam 15 min delivery is. Ordered 12 gb 256 gb moto fusion 50 and got 8 gb 256 moto edge. Mr Shyam from help center refused to entertain the screen shot. On escalation was made to wait 15 mins for senior to come online. Call disconnected. Order 434433373467723200

@EurekaForbes stop pestering me for AMC when u can't support a machine out of production. People be aware Aqua guard is selling AMC for filters they cant support spare parts. My filter non operational for 3 months

@EurekaForbes I am being pestered by Eureka Forbes to renew AMC for a machine which is out of production and spare part ie motherboard not available. How will they do spare part replacement

Now again I am being pestered by customer care to renew the Gold AMC of the unit , knowing fully well that Eurekaforbes can't maintain it.

@EurekaForbes How can u address this when your mechanic said this machine which costed me 7k when bought from CSD and AMC costed 2.5 k per year after knowing fully well the production was stopped. Motherboard needs replacement but is out of production. I was cheated when Gold AMC

@EurekaForbes . Got a call from Eureka Forbes head office accusing me of wrongdoing. The lady in question had not done basic investigation with regards to my machine and AMC details. Shame Eureka Forbes for blatant lies.

@EurekaForbes @EurekaForbes The case manager said your AMC is base plan. But I was charged Rs 2400 for 1 Yr AMC citing Gold plan. Mind u the machine costed 7k. So Aquaguard base plan costs 35% cost of machine ????
