Brewing today: Rubik, our latest Single Hop IPA. We're showcasing Enigma this time and we're big fans of this complex, fruity Australia variety so are pretty excited by this one.
Brewing today: Cadejo, a 7.1% Hazy IPA hopped with Idaho 7 and super concentrated lupulin pellets of Mosaic in big dry hop doses.
Oat & chit malt, low bitterness and heavy late hopping should give us a full bodied and tropical IPA.
@southwellff is on this weekend and we're pretty chuffed that our beers will be featuring on the bars and at their sister festival, @festunderstars in a couple of weeks.

We've packaged an awful lot of cask beer - some 9,500 pints worth if we're counting - in some pretty tropical conditions in the brewery in the last two days.

Dema, a 3.8% Session Pale hopped with Azacca & Sabro, and Pitthea, a 4.2% Hazy Pale.

Most of this is pre-sold for an event we're excited to be working with but there will be some available to trade in a couple of weeks or so.
Fresh out the brewery in cask this week: Linden, a 4.4% Pale Ale hopped with a lovely citrussy combo of US and NZ hops - Centennial, Cascade and Motueka combing for bright lemon and lime notes with a lingering dry finish.

Enkidu, 4.7% Heritage Porter brewed with a base of Chevalier Malt
Astraios, big, modern 5.9% IPA hopped with Spectrum Galaxy and Citra.

Look out for exclusive versions of Imai, New Zealand Pale, and Hoosac, Hazy Pale, both with an added hop boost in the cask.
Brewing today: Steropes, our latest single hopped IPA. This time showcasing an old favourite in Nelson Sauvin, a summery NZ variety chock full of tangerine, grapefruit and grape notes.
Last brew day of a busy week: HemjΓ€st, a 4.5% Pale hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and touch of El Dorado and fermented with Kveik Voss yeast for a combo of peachy, citrus & tropical hop notes and fruity yeast esters.
Brewing today (what, is there something else going on?): Marahau, a 4.3% Pale Ale hopped with Amarillo and - another first for us - Eclipse. Should be chock full of orange, mandarin and zesty citrus

Brewing today: Astraios, a 5.9% IPA hopped with olde worlde whole cone Citra and then dry hopped with Spectrum - a liquified 100% hop product - Galaxy.
