The President of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes and wipe out a "whole civilization" — all because he started a disastrous war of his own making and had no plan and no strategy for how to end it.
This is abhorrent, and the American people do not support this.
Trump's recklessness is needlessly putting our brave service members in harm's way, destroying America's global standing, and making life even more unaffordable for the American people.
We must all stand against this and oppose funding this illegal war of choice.
Sky News Australia host gets completely dismantled in a surreal interview.
They accidentally bring on the wrong guest an anti war academic and it backfires instantly.
Former U.S. Army Colonel and State Department official Anne Wright flips the script and absolutely roasts the host on air.
Everyone needs to know the extent of what the U.S did.
An unarmed Iranian ship invited to a joint Indian naval exercise paraded its sailors before the president alongside other participants, including the U.S.
At the last minute, the U.S. withdrew from the exercise and torpedoed the Iranian vessel, then reportedly refused to rescue the survivors, leaving the Sri Lankan Navy to recover bodies from the water.
The world, Europe, and Spain have faced this critical moment before. In 2003, a few irresponsible leaders dragged us into an illegal war in the Middle East that brought nothing but insecurity and pain.
Our response then must be our response now:
NO to violations of international law.
NO to the illusion that we can solve the world’s problems with bombs.
NO to repeating the mistakes of the past.
NO TO WAR.

India is YouTube’s second-largest market and is poised to become Google’s most important market in the coming years. If GOI cannot leverage this position to direct Google @nealmohan@sundarpichai from preventing the release of a content made with the only intention to dehumanize & incite more racism against Indians, then @AshwiniVaishnaw should step down.
I request other followers to also bring this to the attention of GOI

📍Urban planning in Santiago, Chile. Delhi's GDP is 3 times larger than Santiago GDP.
With each passing day, I'm getting convinced that we are cooked by insane corruption.
It seems that Saudis have reached the same conclusion as China and b4 that USA-the only ties possible with Pak are security ties, not economic ones bcoz pak is not interested in reforming its economy. its only interested in being a security state and attracting geo-strategic rents.
The Saudi pact will make it more of a security state, strengthen pindi's hands, weaken all public and private civilian institutions and make pak a more abnormal state.
Smartphones in the Toilet: A Hidden Health Risk You Should not Ignore
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us carry our smartphones everywhere, even into the toilet. For some, the bathroom has become a mini reading lounge, a place to catch up on news, emails, or social media scrolls. It might feel harmless, even convenient. But research is now showing that this habit may be quietly harming your health.
What the New Study Found
A recent study explored whether using smartphones on the toilet is linked to hemorrhoids. The findings were eye-opening:
1. Two out of three adults admitted to using smartphones on the toilet.
2. Smartphone users were more likely to sit for over 5 minutes, compared with only 7% of non-users.
3. After adjusting for diet, activity, and other risk factors, smartphone users had a 46% higher risk of hemorrhoids.
Interestingly, straining, a traditional risk factor for hemorrhoidswas not strongly linked in this study. Instead, prolonged sitting itself, encouraged by smartphone use, emerged as the bigger culprit.
Why Does Sitting Longer Matter?
When you sit on the toilet for too long, blood flow increases to the rectal veins. Over time, this extra pressure raises the risk of swollen, painful hemorrhoids. Smartphones keep us distracted, making those “quick visits” stretch into long sessions without us realizing it.
Simple Tips for a Healthier Routine
1. Leave your phone outside the bathroom. Treat toilet time as just that.
2. Keep it short-under 5 minutes.
3. Eat more fiber. Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains keep stools soft and reduce straining.
4. Stay hydrated. Water helps your digestion run smoothly.
5. Be active. Daily exercise keeps your bowels regular.
The Bottom Line
What seems like an innocent habit-scrolling on your phone while on the toilet-may quietly be raising your risk of hemorrhoids. It’s a reminder that small lifestyle choices add up. Protecting your health doesn’t always mean making big sacrifices; sometimes, it’s as simple as keeping your phone out of the bathroom.
Your gut and your future self will thank you.
(Note: This study only showed an association and does not prove cause-effect relationship. Randomized controlled trials are needed in future to confirm these findings)
The meeting of world leaders in China this week underscored how pivotal regional powers are moving away from America and toward China in response to President Trump’s tariffs and hostile rhetoric.
It might be the greatest own goal in modern foreign policy.
My take:
“S&P upgraded India’s sovereign rating to BBB (from BBB-) with a stable outlook—the first upgrade in nearly two decades—citing strong growth, fiscal discipline, and confidence in monetary policy.”
