जाॅइनिंग कि कोई खबर ही ना हो तो अभ्यर्थी मजबूर हो जाता है अपनी जान हारने के लिए। CEN-01/2018 ALP के अभ्यर्थी भी इसी मानसिकता में जीने के लिए मजबूर है इन सबका जिम्मेदार कौन है? क्या वे Officials जिन्होने अपना काम पूरी जिम्मेदारी से नहीं किया?

रेलवे की अन्य जोन ALPट्रेनिंग शुरू कर दिए हैं लेकिन NORTHERN RAILWAY क्यों नहीं शुरू कर रहा है और कब तक जॉइनिंग का इंतजार करें corona का बहाना केवल यही zone कर रहा है गरीबों की मजबूरी समझिए
