My parents (aged 60+) were traveling from Mumbai to Delhi by AI687, Delhi to Tokyo by AI306 yesterday

Flight from Mumbai to Delhi got delayed by approx 6 hrs due to bad weather & they missed their flight to Tokyo.

My father tried to reach on multiple numbers & now trying to visit and get some help from airport airindia office/desk. Please assist. Response from airport staff at late night yesterday was too slow and rude. They had to spent another 3 hrs to get accommodation boarding passes

They got a next flight allotted on 1st April 23 however airport staff confirmed accommodation just for today and for tomorrow’s accommodation we are not getting any response.
