6+ complaints via app, multiple daily calls, 2 follow-ups on X, 3 emails,still ZERO action on ground. Only assurances, no execution.

This is the most pathetic service ever seen.

@LivpureSmart I raised a complaint on 14th April, but there’s still no resolution. My ₹599 recharge (250L on 08.04.2026) got exhausted in just 4 days with minimal usage (2 adults & 2 kids). Since then, I’m forced to recharge ₹164 for 75L almost daily.

➡️AI provides a way to optimize networks dynamically, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
➡️The National AI Mission, with a budget of over ₹10,000 crore, provides startups with infrastructure, resources, and subsidized GPUs. This initiative empowers innovators to build impactful AI-driven solutions.
➡️India will host the AI Impact Summit on 19–20 February 2026 (with an exhibition from 16–20 Feb). The summit will provide startups a platform to showcase innovations, meet investors, and connect with global technocrats

Smt. Neerja Sekhar, Director General (DG), National Productivity Council of India (NPC), along with Shri Umashankar Prasad, Deputy Director General, NPC, and Shri Nikhil Panchbhai, Director, NPC, visited STPI Gurugram. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Shri Arvind Kumar, DG, STPI, who shared insights on STPI’s key initiatives for promoting IT/ITES companies, fostering innovation, and nurturing startups.

The visit aimed to explore avenues of collaboration between NPC and STPI to enhance productivity, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the technology sector.

During her visit to the STPI Apiary CoE, the DG, NPC, interacted with incubated startups, who briefed her on their innovative solutions and contributions to strengthening the country’s technology ecosystem. She also visited the STPI incubation facility at Gurugram and engaged with the incubated companies.
