If I cancel before reordering then will you refund me the offer handling fee, payment processing fee and promise protect fee also ? Because if you don't then I will be losing more than the discount I might get when I reorder.
@flipkartsupport I did not get double value of supercoins in the first day of SASA LELE sale although I am a #FlipkartBlack member. Now your CC says to cancel & reorder but that shall mean incurring cancelling charges, processing fees & other charges ! @_Kalyan_K@rajneeeshkumar
@flipkartsupport Usurprisingly, not much help received (if at all). Support simply restates what CC already said - cancel & reorder. When asked whether all processing charges shall also be refunded, there was no response ! Atleast hire somebody who can read/understand @_Kalyan_K@rajneeeshkumar
@JisuLifeGlobal Your service in India needs overhaul. Life Fan 3 arrived in defective condition. Post requests through multiple channels & sending video evidence, I now need to self ship. It's not a warranty claim but a DoA product ! Better QC & return policy required.
@MoPNG_eSeva LPG refill diverted for black marketing while showing as delivered. Complaint request raised vide No.1-1509593763304 yet no action taken. Kindly take necessary action including a vigilance investigation.
@flipkartsupport If you can read, I have already discussed the issue with @Flipkart CC on 31st March (Rep name : Shivam). Since they couldn't resolve it, my call was transferred to your Senior Escalation Desk (Name: Rishabh) and the issue was taken up with backend team. No result.

3) He will insist that order needs to be paid ONLINE for delivery. Caller ID lookup will show that this is a scammer's number & people have also revealed the modus operandi.
Pro-Tip: Don't fall for the caller ID icon or description, they edit it to resemble Flipkart services.

1) Recently, I have been receiving several calls claiming to be a delivery executive from Flipkart. The caller generally speaks in Hindi and informs that he has a parcel to be delivered. Then starts the drama......
2) He has your contact details and astonishingly the Flipkart order details also (placed/pending/delivered/cancelled. He will state that it's COD and if you counter that its a pre-paid order, he will say that there was an issue with the payment and it did not go through.
The National Consumer Helpline is a good initiative only if it's time bound and effective. Unfortunately, it's not so as my complaint to @nch1915 is pending since July 2024 and the department last issued a reminder in August 2024. Honestly, doesn't look good. @inidhikhare
