@NeeskeAlexander

@Rbjacobs When will my dishwasher arrive? The eBucks shop charged me and said it was delivered, but it wasn't. I phone every day and no-one can help me 😰
I'm managing editor on this #OpenAccess journal, Feminist Encounters, and we've just brought out a special issue on #feminist#comix
Some nice work in here, if I may say so myself.

@CityofCT we haven't had adequate water supply in our building since 3 Jan. Ref numbers 9108200552, 9108331291, 9108303538. Promises of help within 48 hours resulted in nothing. Please 😰
Day 12: the one and only
💋
Is it just me, or is it impossible to find your favourite lipstick again once it's finished? I guess they bring out new ranges and force us to try new colours instead...which is probably a good thing? #achangeisasgoodasaholiday
Day 11: offcut
🦐💃🏻
I love this little piece of cloth that remains from an apron my sister gave me which I then turned into a curtain for the bathroom window...

Day 8: don't forget
Memory is a tricky thing. I've made false memories and blocked out some memories all together. When packing, I always forget one thing - no matter how many lists I make 🙈 But overall I am so grateful for my memory. In the end, is it not all we have?
Day 6: silver spoon
It's quite difficult to draw metal with pencil, as I discovered while trying to draw this antique silver spoon that looks more gold than silver. 🤷🏻♀️ Were you born with a silver spoon in your mouth?

Day 4: teatime
This is an antique teacup from my grandparents' house. I suspect I drink far too much tea but, then again, is there anything like a cup of hot tea for countering life's troubles? ☕

Day 3: spekboom
Have you ever tried to kill a spekboom? They can survive almost anything. May you have the resilience of a spekboom this year 💚 #drawingaday2020#capetownart
Day 2: giraffy
I'd like to draw something every day of 2020. For January I'm doing things I can hold in my hand. Perhaps I need a bigger sketchbook 🙈
This little clay giraffe was made by a friend of mine who has mad fine motor skills 🤯

Day 1: housewarmingbird
I'd like to draw something every day of 2020. This bird was given to me as part of a housewarming present and it lives on my fridge. I know that this drawing is not the best, but it is a start.
