Swami Vivekananda believed the ultimate goal of life isn't wealth or even knowledge - it's building perfect CHARACTER.
Here's the psychological science behind how character is formed and how to transform yours: π§΅
How much you can afford out of your life without money shows your true richness.
If everything comes to you because of money, then you're just next to poor.
Most of your decisions would be successful ones and who knows it might have became a game changer for your life.
But you didn't knew how to say no. That made you drag situations, problems and your life.
The sooner you learn to say no, the sooner you realize your true worth.
@TitansVision Most of the help is not a willing yes, but a hesitation to say no. So, don't think that people care for you. They just can't be straight and brutal in their dealings.
There are few rules which are exactly like shit tests.
You should break them. Make it look healthy. Most nonsense rules are meant to be broken. Most don't even know what to do if a shit rule is broken. They feel breaking is also a natural thing. They will let you out.
There's no meaning in following nonsense just because it has become a rule.
Break rules where consequences are minimal. Society's rules that aren't legally punishable. Practice it. You must make it habitual. It cultivates courage, rebellion, self-esteem, and a sense of inner power. You build these things slowly and gradually.
Violence is not bad.
Violence has its own stack of merit.
Violence is as good as peace.
Because without violence there is no peace.
The one who cannot handle violence cannot handle peace either.
You might have heard people cry: if a butterfly is killed, the killer is a villain. But if a cockroach is killed, the killer is a hero.
Thatβs perfect. Thereβs no equality bullshit you can force into it, and thereβs no hypocrisy either.
A butterfly represents beauty. When a beautiful butterfly flies nearby, you simply stop, look, and wonder.
There is structure to its design, a peculiar grace in the way it is shaped. It carries you into a different kind of world.
It flies around in lush greenery under mild sun rays and for a moment you forget the world of shit.
What does a cockroach do? It is a menace.
It shits on your clothes and spoils them.
It ruins your food and makes you unhealthy.
It destroys everything it touches.
Why would anyone save a cockroach, let alone refuse to kill it?
So yes. Itβs not that morals have purely aesthetic criteria. Morals are morals for a reason.
If you kill what gives you comfort, you are a villain.
If you kill what takes your comfort, you are a hero.
In a way, violence used to stop the bad is as good as non-violence used to spread the good.
Remember:
Violence is as essential as peace.
