@CityPowerJhb Are they sourcing the.materials now or will this be done tomorrow morning.? This is our fourth night without electricity. This is placing financial strain and distress. It should be dealt with some level of urgency- in the last 7 days we have been without electricity for 6 days.

@CityPowerJhb Everyday I have been able to log multiple faults meaning the previous fault was closed. Surely this should not be allowed because NO ONE is working in our area. How can they possibly claim that the power is restored or that any work has been done?

@CityPowerJhb I cannot understand how people in our area are receiving messages saying that the issue is resolved but it is not even been attended to. Surely there is something wrong with that. Please investigate as it is ridiculous to log multiple faults and no one assists - please escalate
