We are launching the L5 #Coaching Professional #apprenticeship & learners are wondering if they can get accredited by #ICF or #EMCC upon completion of this programme.
What has been your experience? Did you manage to get accreditation?

Am I surprised?! No.
Studying at university can be a rewarding experience, I am not convinced of the ROI though given the fortune you need to pay for the degree.
#apprenticeships can be a ‘no-cost’ alternative, where learners gain hands-on experience as they *earn* money. #LnD
Is there a trauma informed HR class or a mental health first aid class for HR professionals?
Referring someone to the EAP doesn’t feel like enough these days. I want to be able to train managers on scenarios as well. All recommendations welcome! #HR#hrcommunity
#apprenticeships don’t hold the reputation of a ‘sexy’ #learning intervention, but I think there is still value to offer them as a business. What do others think?

For the 20% you can play with the format yes.
You could also play with the available learning interventions e.g. eLearning or F2F training.
People spend time to learn, as long as you keep track of it the 20% is doable in my experience.
Younger generations are demanding healthier work environments, relationships, & space to be themselves.
This will always be scoffed at by older generations that were forced to sacrifice authenticity & their emotional health. Resentment must go somewhere.
