This shift to "Pure Solar" is already delivering incredible results:

☀️Proven Production: We successfully completed a full production run of 2.6 tonnes of cattle feed using 100% solar energy.

☀️Reliable Delivery: This high-quality feed has already been delivered to our Baran location, proving that green energy ensures on-time service.

☀️Increased Profits: By eliminating electricity costs and reducing production overhead, the unit is now more financially sustainable than ever.

Beyond the numbers, this is about People and Planet. The stability of solar power means our dedicated women team members can now work full-time, leading to higher incomes and long-term job security.

By reducing our carbon footprint, we are proudly contributing to the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

​These women don’t just manufacture products; 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. Each batch carries the purity of their soil and the tenacity of their ambition.

​Mr. Aroon Purie (Chairman, TV Today Network & Founder, India Today Group) visited our women's stall at the Livelihood Enhancement Project, (an initiative supported by Care Today) celebrating the spirit of Women's Day.

​This was not just a visit, it was a deep dive into the craftsmanship of the women entrepreneurs we support. By taking the time to understand the meticulous processes behind the products, Mr. Purie reinforced a vital truth: 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲.𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲.

@manjari_org communications team participated in the 𝗔𝘅𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 <> 𝗜𝗗𝗥 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 on Feb 23–24. It was a deep dive into the evolving landscape of nonprofit communications in India, a space that comes with its own set of unique 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗻𝘀.🥀

​Through collaborative group activities with peer organisations, we audited our current workflows and mapped out a 90-day roadmap.

​🌹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 (𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴)

1) 𝗔𝗜: Leveraging new tools to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
2) 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲: Exploring fresh, creative ways to present field data that resonates with the government and stakeholders.
3) 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁: Utilizing ready-made templates and internal trackers to keep our creative requests organised.

​🌵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗻𝘀 (𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀)

1) 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿: Navigating the complexities of global tech giants.
2) 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆: Addressing delays in information flow from the field and the "lone comms person" syndrome.
3) 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗽𝘀:
Recognizing the need for stronger communication strategies rather than just ad-hoc execution.

At @manjari_org , we have always believed that a sports pitch is more than just a field of grass, it is a training ground for life. Our mission is simple yet bold, to ensure that every girl, regardless of her background, has an equal platform to shine.🏃‍♀️ ⚽️

Recently, our newly formed all-girls, "Manjari Football Club" was put to the test at the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Football League. Through this club, we are nurturing grassroots talent by providing structured training and the competitive exposure these young female athletes deserve.

Our junior girls' team took to the field to compete against the boys. They did not just play, but represented the dreams of countless girls in their communities.

From the first whistle, the team captured the hearts of everyone in attendance. Their performance was a masterclass in teamwork and determination. They moved with a purpose that proved that when you give a girl an opportunity, she doesn't just play, she excels.

In a beautiful show of companionship, our Uthori team members were present to provide moral support to our young girls throughout the match.

While the entire team played with incredible heart on day 1, one individual’s performance stood out as a symbol of our mission. Kumari Aarti, our talented goalkeeper, was awarded the "Player of the Match." On Day 2, Manjari FC’s all-girls squad delivered a decisive 2-0 victory over the Express FC boys team. Kumari Damini from Manjari FC was awarded as "Player of the Match" award.

Seeing these girls stand tall with their trophy was a proud moment for the entire Manjari family.

Football is the game, but empowerment is the goal!💫

There is a famous quote, "𝗜𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻." But for us at @manjari_org, "richness" has never been just about the weight of a harvest. It is about the richness of a farmer’s dignity, the security of their family, and the resilience of their spirit. For the last one decade, we chose to walk beside our Kisan.

On this National Farmers' Day, we aren't just celebrating an occupation, we are celebrating the hands that feed a nation, the souls that brave the scorching heat, and the spirits that refuse to break even when the rain fails.

Agriculture isn't just about data points or crop yields, it's about the person standing in the middle of a field, looking at the sky with hope. Over the last one decade, we have been privileged to 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟵𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀. We have seen their struggles, shared their tea, and witnessed their incredible transformation.

We are immensely proud of our 𝟭𝟵𝟲 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗶𝘀, our "Friends of the Farmer." These women were trained to become the backbone of their villages.

We at Manjari are also bridging the digital divide. Today, 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.. They are combining the wisdom of their ancestors with the precision of geo-tagging. Our 𝟭,𝟴𝟰𝟬 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗶, proving that we can grow food in harmony with a changing climate.

The journey hasn't always been easy. In the rugged terrains of Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, we saw a miracle born of sweat and community. Farmers didn't wait for a solution, they built it. By constructing rainwater harvesting ponds on their own land, they turned "thirsty" soil into "living" soil.

To keep this spirit alive, we celebrated this 𝗞𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘄𝗮𝘀 by opening Vegetable Centres across Karauli, Seoni, Katni, and Khandwa under the Entrepreneurship Development Program. These centres represent a future where a farmer isn't just a producer, but an entrepreneur who gets a fair price for every drop of sweat shed in the field.

On National Entrepreneurs’ Day, @manjari_org honours the courage, resilience, and vision of rural women who are establishing their own enterprises and fostering positive change within their communities. 🛖✨

Through the Digital Sakhi Project, over 800 women have gained entrepreneurship training, financial access, branding guidance, and enterprise support, empowering them to confidently engage in business and digital tools.

These women are not just starting enterprises; they are expanding their operations, improving product visibility, accessing credit more easily, adopting digital solutions, and building sustainable livelihoods for their families.

Continuous Women Entrepreneurship (WE) Camps are further strengthening their financial literacy, leadership mindset, and digital readiness, creating a strong ecosystem where women uplift each other and move forward together. 🌼💪
