@ola_supports You think I am wasting my time for 400 rs with you ? What about the depressing emotional trauma of missing a flight and financial hit I had to bear. I was told by your support ti forward the ticket and they shall reimburse the difference. 1/2

@ola_supports I had to go home after spending an hour at airport at night , came back at 4 am for next flight. My child’s admission was jeopardy because of this mistake. Such a cookie cutter approach of refunding 400 odd rs do you think gives me any satisfaction @bhash
