Really disappointed with @gonoise. I had bought a diva 2 rose link watch from them in Oct'24. I recently purchased 2 more of the same watch as gifts and was shocked to realise that the watch delivered to me in October was in gold colour. (Continued)

Shockingly enough the right products were delivered when purchased through Amazon while the wrong delivery was made by Noise's official website. After seeing the way in which this issue was dealt by them I feel cheated and don't even want to wear the watch anymore.

I did raise a complaint with the brand as soon as I discovered this mistake but sadly the watch's warranty does not cover this issue. I used to think that Noise was the best in the field of smartwatches but this incident has eroded my trust in the brand.

The colour difference b/w the two watches may seem subtle but at the time of it's launch the gold one was cheaper by Rs. 1000. The box I had received had mentioned that the colour was rose. Even though I had felt that the colour was off I gave the brand the benefit of the doubt.
