I had a very shitty experience in my return journey and your ceo has no time to respond to my emails. Just shows how much u care about ur passengers.
@lufthansa I am still waiting for a response. I put up with the baggage cost and delay that cost me a day of work. @JensRitter_JR you have not even bothered replying to my email. An absolute shame on Lufthansa group.
